Availability & Booking

Clearwater Lodges is open from mid-May to mid-October.

Please make reservations inquiries early. Contact us via email or telephone to check availability.

Advanced reservation with a $200.00 deposit is necessary with each week reserved. Please state definite dates of arrival and departure, how many in party, and whether you desire a SINGLE or DOUBLE lodge.

Lodges will be ready for guests at 3:00 PM on guestโ€™s arrival date. Check out time is 10:00 AM.

Add $48.00 per day or $150.00 per week for each extra guest over two in the SINGLE LODGE and over four in the DOUBLE LODGE.
NO PETS ALLOWED DURING JULY AND AUGUST.

From July to Labor Day, reservations begin and end on Saturdays only, and cannot be accepted for less than one week.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if the lodge is re-rented.

Activities

For your pleasure and recreation, there is excellent swimming, clear water, a dock with diving board and swim float, outdoor grill area, picnic tables and shuffleboard for guests use.

Fishing

Small mouth bass, land-locked salmon, pickerel, lake trout, yellow perch, horned pout, and several other species are here for the taking.

Seven-day, fifteen-day, season fishing licenses, and live bait are available locally.

Hiking

Clearwater’s backdrop is the Ossipee Mountain Range. These mountains are the remains of an ancient volcanic ring dyke, and have trails for all hiking levels. If you want to explore further we are 45 minutes from the White Mountains, which is home to Mount Washington at 6288 feet, boasting the world’s highest surface wind speed.

Other Activities

The Kingswood Golf Club in Wolfeboro, five miles from the Lodges, offers an 18 hole golf course. We are happy to arrange tee times upon request.

Daily excursions on the Lake and around the islands in large passenger boats may be taken from Wolfeboro. The Lake has an estimated shoreline of 283 miles, containing 274 habitable islands, and is considered a fisherman’s paradise.
